For Young Adults
Since 2015, we’ve worked with young adults aged 18–25 who have been affected by abuse and trauma. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and shaped by real-world experience, including lived insight from No Feart’s founder.
We work with young people from diverse backgrounds to better understand what they’ve experienced, how it has affected them, and how to move forward safely. Our approach centres on education, reflection, and practical tools that help build resilience, self-understanding, and healthier ways of coping.
We’ve delivered this work in Glasgow and across the UK, working with young adults to navigate complex environments, strengthen boundaries, and feel more confident in their lives and relationships.
