About Us

No Feart is a community-focused social enterprise working with people affected by abuse and trauma. We specialise in education-based, trauma-informed work that helps individuals better understand their experiences and make safer, more informed choices in their lives and relationships.

We work with men, women, and young adults, including people who have experienced abuse and people who recognise they have used harmful behaviours and want to change. Our work addresses a wide range of experiences, including domestic abuse, childhood trauma, institutional harm, human trafficking, and discrimination.

We provide structured spaces with clear boundaries, designed to prioritise safety, accountability, and respect. Where appropriate, we offer separate spaces and tailored pathways, recognising that different experiences and responsibilities require different approaches.

Our programmes are led by trained, CPD-accredited facilitators and combine professional expertise with lived experience. Through accessible education and facilitated reflection, we help people build understanding, resilience, and greater choice about how they move forward.

Founder Director: Lynn’s Story

My experiences of childhood abuse and trauma, along with the tragic loss of my mother to domestic violence, have driven my lifelong mission to understand the roots of abuse and help others heal.

I’ve dedicated my work at No Feart to empowering men, women, and young people in breaking harmful cycles, understanding their experiences, and moving toward recovery.

With a focus on addressing the impact of broken systems in families, institutions, and communities, I’ve developed programmes that tackle various forms of abuse—from financial exploitation to bullying and human trafficking.

Recovery demands courage, and I believe we are all capable of finding that bravery to create safer, fuller lives.
