After taking the course on awareness of abuse, this may be your next step to recovering from all you have learned. We can learn new ways of responding to ourselves and others as we look at alternative behaviour. The road to recovery is not easy but it is totally worth it as you will begin to see a change within yourself you never thought possible. Session 1 - Realising our own powerlessness over others and as we have tried to have power over everyone in the past, our lives have become unmanageable!
